Please note that there are ONLY 4 types of interactions between developments that require an Agreement:
- Crossings
- Encroachment
- Ground Disturbance within 5m* (or within 30m if CER licenced)
- Drilling within 100m Proximity
All governed under legislation, regulation or regulatory requirements.
Ground disturbance within 30m is notification only – no agreement is required.
